Hair Extensions

Including theory, demonstration and practical, this course covers three main hair extension techniques of pre-bonded, stylist designed and rotation, and weaving. You will gain the knowledge, understanding and practical skills required to not only offer hair extensions as a salon service, but also offer the client three alternative professional applications.

The advanced course includes adding colour through extensions, mixing colour and permanent colour, and applying double extensions. You will also develop cutting and styling skills to provide the client with the individual look.

This course is available in two skill levels and candidates must complete the foundation level first or possess a relevant NQV2 certificate to progress.
